Welcome to Sonic State of Mind.

This is my passion project that I started some years ago but have been on a recent hiatus.  

Music has always been more than something playing in the background for me. It's a place I go. A way I feel. A mirror for moods I don't always have words for. That's where Sonic State of Mind comes in.

This site was born out of a love for listening deeply - the kind of listening where an album becomes a companion, a song hits a nerve, or a lyric follows you around for days.

Here I'll be sharing honest, thoughtful reviews of music that moves me, challenges me, comforts me, or quietly changes something inside.

You'll find a mix of new releases, overlooked gems and records that deserve a longer moment in the light. Genres aren't boxed in here. If it resonates, if it leaves a mark, it belongs.

Sonic State of Mind is for anyone who believes music is a form of connection - to ourselves, to each other, to moments we're trying to understand or survive.
